I am a Senior Vice President/Area Manager with Kisinger Campo & Associates (KCA). KCA is a family owned Civil Engineering firm who's home office is located in Tampa, Florida. KCA has offices in Charlotte, Kannapolis, Winston-Salem and Raleigh, NC. Our services are Roadway, Structure and Storm-water design, Planning/PDE, Environmental Services, Alternative Delivery, Asset Management, Traffic Engineering & Planning, Bridge Maintenance & Inspection and CEI (construction engineering & inspection). I am responsible for the CEI operations in the State of NC.
