Chairman's Circle Members _________________________________________ Opened in 1937, Carolinas Medical Center- NorthEast is a regional 457-bed, not-for-profit medical center, comprised of an extensive inpatient and outpatient network that serves the residents of multiple counties through a comprehensive mix of inpatient and outpatient services and 30 clinics. Approximately 300 physicians are members of the active medical staff, with an additional 4,200 individuals employed by the medical center.
