Last month, Cabarrus Health Alliance and Atrium Health hosted representatives from Blue Zones to meet with community members, businesses, churches, elected leaders, and nonprofits to identify if Cabarrus County has the potential to become a Blue Zone. Dan Buettner, Jr., executive vice president, Blue Zones, will join us to discuss their findings and what potential next steps could be taken to make Cabarrus County a Blue Zone, encouraging healthier living to produce longer, more satisfied and fulfilling lives.
